We are so excited to be participating again this year in the 16th Annual Fox Cities Down Syndrome Awareness Walk at Town Center Park in Grand Chute, WI. It will take place on Saturday, October 4th, 2025.  We would love to have you join us for the walk and all the activities that will be available that day.  The goals of the walk are to raise awareness and provide resources and opportunities for families of individuals with Down syndrome.
