We Have A Choice!!!

Chadwick J. Watson (Chad) a friend, a neighbor, a relative, a child was or became an inspiration to us all! Becoming disabled after his second brain tumor resection in 2012, Chad so desired his independence and his ability to function much on his own. In 2015 he found Annandale Village and Chad became a resident there from March 2015 – September 2019. He loved Annandale Village - it truly became his home and as he often said, the other residents and the Annandale staff became “his family”. Chad thrived at Annandale and was provided the opportunity to once again be his outgoing, fun loving, happy and inspirational self. Chad had a favorite saying that he maintained all the way up until his death on November 22, 2019.  “God gives us a choice – to be happy or sad – I choose to be happy!”

Every day, each of us are faced with choices. With this upcoming Annandale event, on August 28, 2021, we have the choice to assist Annandale Village in a big way with its goal to raise $75,000 through our participation in this important “Extra Mile 5K and 1 Mile Walk/Run” event.

Annandale Village is one of only three organizations in the USA that offer unique and individualized service and care to those adults who possess developmental disabilities and acquired brain injury the chance to regain much of their independence.

How can you help?  

1) Register to participate on August 28^th in Suwanee, Georgia and donate to support the “Choose Happy” team. 

2) Share the link to our team and our team post with your social media networks.  

3) Invite your friends, family and coworkers to participate and/or donate.

By choosing to participate in these activities, you will allow Annandale to continue their unique customized care that enables men and women to achieve their greatest level of self-sufficiency.
