Auction Rules
All auction items must be bidded on either via the givi mobile bidding app, Qgiv or your web browser.
Rules and Regulations: By October 6, all participants must agree to and accept the rules and regulations presented on the Qgiv app. By downloading the app and registering to participate in the online auction, you are stating that you agree to the auction rules and regulations.
All auction item packages will close at 9:00 p.m. EDT on Wednesday, October 4, 2023.
How to Bid: All bids will be placed either via your mobile device using mobile bidding or your web browser. You will receive a link via email from the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation (Foundation) that will allow you to access and view your personal account and bidding activity. This link is unique to you and should not be shared. You may choose to bid on as many items as you would like. The person with the highest bid will win the auction item.
A pre-registered credit card is required to begin bidding. All major credit cards are accepted. Credit cards will be processed by 9:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 4.
If you would like to complete payment through another method (i.e. check) please contact Ursula.Davis@FirehouseSubs.com prior to 12 p.m. EST on Tuesday, October 3. The Foundation will contact all winning bidders after the auction closes to arrange auction item pick-up, delivery, and/or shipping. Winning bidders are responsible for any shipping and insurance charges.
AUCTION ITEM AND SALES INFORMATION

All sales are final; there will be no exchanges or refunds.

Firehouse Subs has endeavored to catalog and describe the property correctly, and all property is sold “as is.” No statement contained in the catalog or made verbally at the sale or elsewhere shall be deemed a warranty, representation or assumption of liability.

Items depicted in the slide presentation and catalog are for illustrative purposes only.

Firehouse Subs and the Foundation reserve the right to remove any item from sale.

Some items may be subject to shipping & handling fees to be paid by the winning bidder.
CERTIFICATES AND VOUCHERS

For non-tangible items, you will receive an envelope, which will contain certificate(s) for your item(s) or a voucher providing you with directions on how to collect your certificate(s).

Please carefully check your envelope and review the voucher and/or certificate(s). Pay specific attention to all conditions, restrictions and expiration dates on items and services.

Unless otherwise stated, restaurant certificates exclude alcohol, tax and gratuity, and may have certain date restrictions.
EXPIRATION DATES AND SCHEDULING

Except where otherwise noted by the donor, services, tickets and certificate items are subject to mutually agreed upon times and dates, and must be used within one year of the Tournament.

Unless otherwise stated, all arrangements for trips, parties, and similar events must be made at least sixty (60) days in advance, unless otherwise stated on the certificate.

Unless otherwise stated, all certificates for services expire on December 31, 2024.
TRAVEL RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

Firehouse Subs assumes no responsibility for travel arrangements, unless otherwise noted. No refunds will be made for canceled tickets and accommodations. All arrangements and coordination of items (air and hotel, entertainment, etc.) must be made by the item buyer and only with the contact person designated on the donation certificate or documentation.

All hotel/resort reservations are based on availability unless the certificate states a specific date.

Travel awards may not be sold or transferred and are not redeemable for cash.

Once ticketed, route and name changes are not allowed.
WINES AND SPIRITS
The Foundation makes no representation as to the purchaser’s rights to import wine into any state. Wines and spirits may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. Local pick-up or delivery only.
