RACE POSTPONEMENT - HURRICANE IAN (PLEASE READ!)

Due to the recent and ongoing impacts of Hurricane Ian felt by the Greater Florida community, the decision has been made to postpone to Flutie 5K for Autism of Orlando Florida until Spring of 2023. 

New race date TBD in March of 2023. We will update this race page and all registered runners once a new date has been confirmed!

nonPareil  is a post-secondary, not-for-profit serving adults with autism. We provide training that enables them to acquire skills that will enhance their ability to live a more productive and independent life. We focus on strengths, and our goal is to help each student progress toward their full potentialThe meaning of nonPareil, No Equal, represents how we view each person who attends nonPareil. Individual differences and strengths are celebrated and built upon. Since the beginning, one of our core values is to provide a safe and welcoming environment, a community where students feel accepted and respected for who they are.

DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY TRAINING-Hands-on, small-group training in digital art, design
build, and information technology


WORK-READINESS TRAINING-Discussion based classes that build upon personal
strengths to improve areas of self-management,independence, self-advocacy, and confidence


COMMUNITY-Frequent social engagement opportunities and various social interest groups encourage connection among peers


MENTORSHIP-Staff with variety of expertise provide continuous mentorship to ensure movement towards meeting goals


INTERNAL PROJECTS-In-house projects offer opportunities to contribute
to market-release products and reinforce learned work-readiness skills and technical skills


EXTERNAL PROJECTS-Opportunities for real-world work experience on
contracted projects offer resume and portfolio additions
