We're hosting a Food Drive and this is our "Virtual Option" to help solve hunger in Northern Illinois!  This fundraising page provides an alternative for our team members who want to help but would rather not carry items into the office, don't have the time or energy to do so, can't be here in person, or just prefer the simplicity of donating money (it's tax deductible)!

The Food Bank has been responding to the increased need in our communities, which remains elevated due to the effects of COVID-19

Join us in making a difference in the lives of the thousands of people in Northern Illinois who are hungry. The funds we raise will stay right here, in our backyard, and will fill an empty plate of a neighbor. 

Your Donation Makes an Impact:

  + Every $1 donated helps provide $8 worth of groceries for neighbors in need

  + 97% of the Food Bank's resources go to programs that feed neighbors in need

  + The Food Bank serves 13 counties in Northern Illinois.

UPDATE:  8 BAGS of non-perishable food items were collected at the Deerfield office and happily accepted by the Food Bank team at the Lake Forest Distribution Center on 12/21/2023.  If you missed the opportunity to donate and still want to help our neighbors in need, you can go directly to the Distribution Center at 13950 Business Center Drive, or take donations to your nearest food pantry.  Look them up at this link - Get Groceries & Resources - Northern Illinois Food Bank (solvehungertoday.org)
