When:  Sunday, Oct. 1 from 9am-12p, rain or shine!

Where: The Warren Conference Center and Inn in Ashland, MA. Please see the parking information section below for more details. 

Check-In: When you arrive at the Walk, please check in at registration under the orange tent! *To expedite your check-in, please be sure to register all adults in your party before Walk Day.

Activities: Hang out with your people, get a souvenir photo magnet, play some lawn games, have your facepainted, and visit our sponsors before and after we walk! 

We have some special guests who'll be joining us this year so be sure to arrive in time for the Program at 10a!

Bathrooms: Restrooms will be available close to the parking and event area, if you're not sure where to go ask a Walk Volunteer to point you in the right direction. A changing station and private feeding area will be available with the restrooms closest to the field.

*This is a fully outdoor event and masks will not be required. We welcome you to make the best choice for your family regarding mask use and social distancing.

*As much as we love dogs, this venue is humans-only so please plan on leaving all pets at home on Walk Day.

*Our 1 mile walk route does include an unpaved portion of the Warren field, which might be a little tough to navigate with an umbrella stroller.

*Incentive items and top fundraising prizes will be based on fundraising totals as of 7a on Oct. 1st. Incentive items can be collected during check-in at the orange check-in tent and fundraising prizes will be awarded during the pre-Walk ceremony.

*There will be event photographers capturing walk memories for us but you are welcome to let them know if you’d prefer not to have your picture taken.
