Where do we park?
- Parking for all participants will take place at Appleton Alliance Church, from here you are welcome to walk the short distance to the park or board the bus to the park where you'll be dropped off right at the registration tent.
We have a tent, chairs, wagon etc., how do we get that to the park?
- We have a drop zone on Grand Chute Blvd near the park entrance, please feel free to drop off your items and any family members before parking.
I'm volunteering, do I have to wait for the bus?
- No, we have a parking lot across from the park just for volunteers. We will have someone checking at the parking lot entrance to verify you are volunteering, please have your assignment email available to show.
How long is the new walk route?
- 1.1 miles, almost all of which is on a paved walking path.
I want to volunteer but don't have the full time to give, can I still help out?
- Absolutely! We appreciate any time you're able to offer, please just indicate your shorter time in the notes when signing up.
I have some new or nearly new items I'd like to donate for a raffle basket, how do I do this?
- Please send an email to dsawfoxcities@dsaw.org to set up a time for pick-up or drop off.
I can't help the day of the walk, but would like to help in other ways, are there opportunities for me?
- Yes!! We will need help soliciting and assembling raffle baskets, as well as early t-shirt pickup. Please reach out to Stacy at speapenburg@dsaw.org, she'll work with you and your schedule to find an area you can help.
I'm having a hard time coming up with how to ask for team donations, can you help?
- We have a sample email/social media template on our website, you can find it HERE, this should help give you a starting point.

- The walk happens Rain or Shine, please be prepared for the weather.
- Be sure to have cash for raffle tickets!
