Help Us Create a Healthy Future for Children with FOXG1 Syndrome
Crosby is a sweet 5 yr old boy who has an infectious laugh that lights up every room, but behind his smile is a daily battle. Because of FOXG1 syndrome, Crosby is unable to walk or talk. He experiences frequent seizures and relies on a feeding tube to eat. Yet, despite these challenges, his joy, strength, and spirit continue to inspire everyone who meets him.
The FOXG1 Research Foundation is a parent-led nonprofit leading a historic effort to bring the first treatment-a gene therapy- to children with FOXG1 syndrome all around the world. They are on the brink of launching clinical trials for a gene therapy that could change Crosby’s life and the lives of so many other children like him.
