The Family Promise of Waukesha County Golf Outing has reached capacity for golfers and participants of the 19th Hole Therefore our golfer registration is now closed.

The Family Promise of Waukesha County Golf Outing presented by Green Bay Packaging-Baird Division is just days away and we are happy that you will be joining us.  Here is all the information you need:

ATTIRE:

The dress code includes mid-thigh length shorts or slacks and a collared shirt for men; mid-thigh length shorts, capris, golf skirts and shirts with or without collars, sleeve or sleeveless for women.

From Homeless to Home- You are the Key.

Family Promise of Waukesha County provides a community based response to families experiencing homelessness. Families only step out of homelessness with the support of the community.

SCHEDULE OF THE DAY

10-11:45 am Registration and Lunch

When you arrive please check-in at the registration table. The driving range, putting green and a delicious buffet lunch will be available to you. Do not miss your opportunity to purchase a premium package, raffle tickets, and bid on silent auction items. 

12pm Shotgun start

Complimentary beverages (beer, gatorade and water) and refreshment stations will be set up around the course. Keep a lookout for information stations to learn about Family Promise of Waukesha County.

4:15pm       Social + Dinner

When your round of golf is complete the evening will begin with delicious butler passed hors d'oeuvre selections along with a cash bar for your refreshment and live music. You can purchase raffle tickets and bid on silent auction items. 

A delicious buffet dinner will be served. Dinner will include center cut pork loin with cranberry sauce and creamy boursin chicken breast with pine nuts, mushrooms and garlic. Also, included will be a variety of delicious sides and desserts.  

5:45pm Program

We ask you to join us under the tent for the program which includes an opportunity to learn about the mission of Family Promise through the words of a former client. The program will also include the awards, Live Auction and Family Promise Auction.

SILENT AUCTION

This year we will be using electronic bidding for the silent auction items. The app we are using is called Givi. It is necessary to have this app as well as a payment method selected on the app to bid on silent auction items. You can use cash, credit, check or electronic check.

The silent auction will open on the app on Saturday, July 20 at 10 am and close on Monday July 22 at 5:45pm. 

If you bid on a silent auction item you will be notified if another participant bids higher than you. You can also bookmark items that interest you! 

LIVE AUCTION 

The live auction will give you an opportunity to bid on three spectacular items. They are: 

• A Night of Improv for 10 with local actor/playwright Doug Jarecki

• A Chef Inspired Dinner for six

• Condo at Christie Club, Steamboat Springs Colorado 

You will find descriptions of the live auction items on the Givi app.
