I think I am a little crazy to be doing this, but there is reason to my madness. I've known Mike Freed for almost 10 years now. He's been a friend to me and my family and has also been my Life Group leader and a workout partner on occasion.  He is such a giving person and has a heart of a giant. 

When Mike started Freed to Run three years ago to raise awareness and funds for Jacksonville Legal Aid, I knew at somepoint I would get involved. As someone who worked for 14 years in the legal community in California, I get how difficult it is to navigate thru the legal system. For most of us, acess to information is easy. For others, not so much. The 

For years, I have always wanted to run the Gate River Run. Two years ago, I ran my first race with my son. Last year I ran it solo, improving my time. In December of 2018, I ran my first half marathon and had my sites on my first full marathon. This is the year and I am proud to run for Mike's cause. 

But I need your help. I am asking you to donate to support me in this run. Instead of getting a cup of coffee at Starbucks, put that money toward this cause. Go ahead,  you won't miss it at all.  Then tell all your family and friends to do the same. Pay if forward.....start now.....
