I'm raising money for everyone who uses the public library!

As an avid reader and lover of books, I’m so excited to be participating in Book-It 5k Challenge, a fundraiser supporting Friends of the Miami-Dade Public Library! 

Libraries serve as community hubs for everyone, regardless of age, race, gender, or any other demographic factor. In these uncertain times, it is crucial that we unite to raise awareness about the invaluable services our public libraries offer and the free assistance they provide. Every contribution we make will help fund essential library programs, such as free homework help and tutoring, adult literacy classes, cultural events, and mobile device lending across all 50 branches in Miami-Dade County. Every donation brings me closer to my fundraising goal and directly impacts this important cause.
