What is the schedule for the event?
- Cocktail Hour: 5:30 - 6:30 PM
- Dinner & Program: 7:00 - 8:00 PM
- Silent Auction Closes: 8:00 PM
Is there an age limit to attend the event? Children and young adults are welcome to the event, however, attendees drinking must be at least 21 years old, as there will be alcohol served during the event.
What is the dress code? The attire for the event is business casual.
Where do I check in? Guests will enter through the main entrance of the Leeu Naylor Medical Building.
Is parking available? Yes, parking is available around the medical and main building.

Can I bring my pet to the event? No, personal pets are not allowed at the event. However, you will have the opportunity to meet adoptable pets from the San Antonio Humane Society.

Silent Auction
How can I donate or participate in the silent auction? You can donate and participate in the silent auction through the event's webpage, take a look at our items here. You will need to create an account and add a payment method to bid on items.
Can I participate in the silent auction if I am not attending the event? Yes, so long as you complete the regististration for a "Virtual Bidder". You will need to create an account and add a payment method to bid on items. To complete your virtual bidder regisration, please sign up here. If you win an item and are not in attendance, a member of our team will reach out to you directly to schedule a pick-up time.
What items are typically available in the silent auction? The silent auction includes a variety of items such as gift baskets, artwork, vacation packages, pet-friendly items, and more. Details on specific auction items will be available closer to the event date.
