Why are we cooking From Scratch, For Hope?

For this event, Ian and Madeline will be cooking to honor our baby James Bennett Stewart who was miscarried at 3 months into their pregnancy in March of 2025. The Hope Center was a great resource for them when Madeline experienced bleeding during our first pregnancy last year. They were able to fit Madeline in for ultrasounds, provide her with support, and walk alongside the Stewart family during a scary time in their life. After two miscarriages in 2025, the Stewart's have found hope and healing in God's plan for their life and are grateful for the support and mission of the Hope Center.
