Hosted by Megan Willgoos, TV Producer & Reporter of The Rhode Show on WPRI 12

Megan Willgoos comes to us from The Rhode Show where she produces a segment called "Pups and Pubs." This is when she brings her adopted "mini pity", Theodore, to dog-friendly restaurants across the Ocean State.

Megan joined The Rhode Show in January 2023. Although originally from Connecticut, she has called Rhode Island her home since attending Roger Williams University. She graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and minor in graphic design.

Before starting at WPRI 12, Megan was a multimedia journalist and fill-in anchor in Medford, Oregon, and Portland, Maine. She always knew her heart was set on lifestyle reporting and is ecstatic to work on The Rhode Show.

Outside of work, Megan can be found exploring new places with her dog, Theodore, trying new food, or at the gym.
