1. What are Qgiv and Givi?
Qgiv is an online donation and event registration platform for nonprofits. Qgiv developed the Givi app so organizations could provide one-click giving for their donors right on their mobile devices. For an organization hosting an auction, the Givi app is the app supporters will use to check in, place bids, and make event purchases.
Registration - The process of purchasing tickets, as well as sending each of your guests their ticket.
Check-In - The process of using your Email Adress to check-in to bid in the silent auction, either through the Givi app (recommended) or online. This step is required to participate in the auction.
Registration & Check-In Help
If you're Registered, you have purchased a ticket and received an email receipt.
If you're Checked-In, you've clicked Set up Bidding and added your payment method the Givi app (recommended) or online.

2. How do the tickets work?
If you purchased one (1) individual ticket:
- You will receive an email with the subject "Your 13th Annual Fur Ball Tickets" from noreply@qgiv.com
- Follow the prompts to Check-in to Bid using your Email Address, either with the Givi app (recommended) or online, so that you can pariticipate in the silent auction at the event!
If you purchased multiple tickets:
- You will receive an email with the subject "Manage Your 13th Annual Fur Ball Tickets" from noreply@qgiv.com
- Follow the "View and Manage Tickets" button in this email to take you back to the registration confirmation page
- Scroll down on the registration confirmation page to find the link to "Manage Your Tickets"
- On the "Manage Your Tickets" page, you can enter your guests' emails and click "Send Ticket" to send each person their ticket.

Auction
1. When and how can I bid on auction items?
The silent auction opens for preview on Thursday, March 20th at 6:00 AM. Bidding is open on Tuesday, March 25th at 6:00 AM and continues until Friday, March 28th at 9:30 PM. All bidding and payment is digital through the Givi App which you can download from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. A bidder paddle will be issued to you at check-in at the event to bid on items in the live auction.

2. Do I have to use the Givi App?
No. You can simply bid online/on the site, but the Givi app makes it easier/more user friendly.
3. Can I bid on auction items if I don't attend the event?
Yes! Virtual Bidders can participate in the Silent Auction and Fund a Need, but you must be present for the Live Auction. You can register at no cost as a Virtual Bidder here.
4. Will you ship auction items if I live out of driving distance?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship items.
4. I won an auction item - how do I get it?
Items can be claimed at check-out beginning at 9:30 PM. Virtual bidders who win a silent auction item will be contacted after the event to coordinate item pickup/dropoff.
5. Can I donate items for the auction or raffle?
Yes, please! We gratefully accept donations for our auction and raffle. Please fill out this short form and we will be in touch!
Event Details
1. What is the attire?
This event has a cocktail party vibe each year. This year in particular, we are celebrating with a 'Northern Lights' themed event—so get ready to dazzle in your best shimmering, celestial-inspired attire! Think sparkling sequins, glowing jewel tones, and accessories that evoke the magic of the aurora borealis.
2. What's the schedule for the night?
6:30 PM - 7:00 PM:
Arrive in style, sporting North-lights-themed colorful attire.
6:30 PM - 8:00 PM:
Peruse extraordinary silent auction items, mingle with fellow animal lovers, enjoy festive cocktails and nosh on delicious selections amongst spectacular custom lighting by Suzanne B. Lowell Lighting Design.
8:00 PM - 9:30 PM:
Wager and revel in our spirited live auction!
9:00 PM - 11:00 PM:
Join mission-driven party animals out on the LED dance floor and partake in the photo booth fun thanks to Doug, Tania and the team at Northern Lights Entertainment. And don't forget to grab some sweet treats from the dessert buffet!
11:00 PM:
Homeward bound and ready to sleep soundly, basking in the glow of kicking off your weekend by supporting vulnerable dogs and cats in need.
