A: Thank you for catching that! The correct date for New Hope Community’s 50th Anniversary Gala is FRIDAY, November 14, 2025. We apologize for the confusion and appreciate your understanding. All future communications—including email updates, event reminders, and your tickets—will reflect the correct date: FRIDAY, November 14, 2025. We can’t wait to celebrate this milestone with you!
Q: Can I purchase my sponsorship online?
A: No. Please contact Janae Myers, Director of Development, at 845.241.2845 or JMyers@NewHopeCommunity.org to secure your sponsorship.
Q: I do not know the name of each person sitting with me. Can I purchase my tickets now?
A: Yes. You can provide your guest names at a later date to Maggie Russell, Development Associate, at MRussell@NewHopeCommuninty.org
Q: Where do we send our artwork for sponsorships or ads?
A: Please email your 300+ dpi artwork to MRussell@NewHopeCommunity.org
Q: Where should we book Overnight Accommodations?
A: We've secured rooms with four local hotels: Courtyard, Home2Suites, Residence Inn, and Tru. For reservation details, you can visit our Hotels page or find additional information in your registration receipt.
Q: Where do I park?
A: We encourage you to use the Valet service, sponsored by Epstein Partners | UBS
Q: I want to donate an auction item. Who do I contact?

Q: I am not attending the event but would like to bid in the silent auction. Do I need to register?
A: Yes. Please register for a Virtual Bidder ticket. The only cost to the Virtual Bidder is for any item won in the Silent Auction. The Virtual Bidder does not come with an event ticket.
Q: I am attending the event. Am I automatically registered for the Silent Auction?
A: Yes. Once you purchase your event ticket, you will have access to the open Silent Auction items.
Q: Do I need to be present at the Gala to win an item?
A: No. The winner will be contacted and the prize will be available for pickup / delivery.
Q: Can I bid on a Silent Auction item now?
A: Yes. You may begin bidding. The winner will not be announced until the evening of the event.
Q: I won an item. Will I automatically be charged?
A: Yes. You will need to enter a payment method to begin bidding. When we close the event, the winners will be charged their winning bid amount.
Q: Me or my guest requires an accommodation, how do I request it?
A: Please include your accommodation request or food allergy with your RSVP or online registration. To help us create a comfortable experience for everyone, please share any sensory preferences or considerations we should keep in mind. Please email Maggie at MRussell@NewHopeCommunity.org
Q: What type of sensory accommodations do have in place?
A: We will have headphones available for guests who prefer to wear them during events or loud noises. If you know in advance that you or your guest would prefer to use headphones, please contact Maggie Russesll, Development Associate, at MRussell@NewHopeCommunity.org so we can plan accordingly.
Q: What is on the menu?
A: Each guest will have a choice of their meal, and the orders will be taken during the event by the kitchen. No need to decide today what you want to eat on Friday, November 14!
