Let's Do Lunch for 190 school children!

Maybe we cannot do anything to fix their government. Maybe we cannot persuade gang members to stop terrorizing their fellow Haitians. But the Light and Peace School, way out in the mountains and relatively safe, has 190 children whose families often cannot provide them even one meal a day. We can help by buying school lunches for them every weekday through 2026.

Kids going without lunch day after day is not a small problem! They can't focus. They fall asleep in class. Their brains don't develop properly. They get discouraged and don't progress to the next grade. But we can help by providing a full lunch program. All it takes is money, and I plan to raise some. With your help and mine, they can grow up strong and smart. They can take advantage of education and maybe even solve some of the big problems in their country some day.

It will take $30,000 to provide for all 190 children for a year, and you can see my goal on the thermometer. Please help me by Donating Now .
