Youth of the Year, Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s flagship leadership program, prepares youth to thrive in a diverse, global economy. Since its start in 1947, the program has helped students build leadership skills like communication, goal setting, and teamwork.
Each year, one outstanding Club member is selected as Youth of the Year, serving as a role model and ambassador for all young people. Winners go on to compete at the state and regional levels. Join us as we select our 2025 Youth of the Year!
