Back in 2013, i did something crazy! I raised over $1,000 as part of the OVER THE EDGE event and together as a community we raised over $120,000 (!!!) in order to help families, men, women, and children fighting cancer through Gilda's Club of South Florida. This organization provides FREE resources, support groups, information and help to those fighting cancer and their families and friends, who are immediately impacted by this horrible disease and helps those impacted find the sense of community and togetherness they desperately need in a difficult time. 

I'm back to do all over again in 2019 - TOGETHER, we will raise money for the Gilda's Club, and on October 5th, I will step off the roof of a 15+ story building in downtown Fort Lauderdale and rappel all the way to the ground to find my own courage. Why? Because COURAGE IS CONTAGIOUS! The people in need of these programs find the courage is takes to fight for their life, the courage to press on through disruptive treatments, the courage to seek out and connect at a time when the world seems to have gone dark. I need your help in ensuring that a program like this continues, and that the support and love we give to the community continues to light up so many lives.
