Wyatt and I are excited to participate in Habitat's 2nd Annual Gingerbread Build! Last year this event raised close to $10,000 in support of Habitat's work and we're hoping to do more this year! The median price of a single-family home recently came down to $620,000 in Denver - which is outrageous. It is incredibly challenging for anyone earning under $100,000 to purchase a home in this community. Habitat is part of the solution - thank you for your support!
