Today, I’m stepping up on Giving Tuesday — a day dedicated to generosity and community impact. I hope you’ll join me on this global day of giving with a donation to Easterseals DuPage & Fox Valley. 

I serve on the Board of Directors to help fulfill our mission: to ensure children with disabilities and their families are empowered. It’s a cause that’s important to me because it has personally impacted me and my siblings as children in their inclusive day care center seeing the power of inclusion in action from an early age and ensuring families have the support needed for their children to reach their potential. Fun fact, we recently found a photocopy of Zach’s OT therapy plan in a box of family treasures, so we may have known each other earlier in life than we thought!  

Easterseals provides critical pediatric therapies to nearly 3,000 local families, including those who are uninsured. It’s why we set a big goal to raise $250,000 today – and generous partners are matching gifts to help us get there.  
 
Together, we are connecting children to the therapy services they need to thrive.
