Most of you know by now this is a cause so close to my heart. Not just a job. But truly a mission I feel called to be part of making possible.
In fact, I am BIG. My best friend, Lisa and I are Big Friends to Latara. She is the smartest, coolest and most loving of human beings I have yet to meet. It is the greatest gift to get to be part of her life and to watch her grow to become the awesome person she is destined to be.
My favorite memories so far have included monon walks, a paddle boat ride, and baking holiday cookies at my house with my kids. Complete with Christmas jammies!
Latara is one of the bravest people I know and aspires to save lives as an EMT/firefighter someday. We have no doubt she will accomplish her dreams!
