At Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana, our Bigs show up for their Littles day in and day out, making the future brighter with every connection they build. And, our team at Big Brothers Big Sisters is so proud to provide the support and opportunities that make it all possible.

Being a Big is about being a cheerleader, a listener, a teacher, and most importantly, a friend. It’s about standing beside our Littles and cheering them on through every milestone, challenge, and success. I'm grateful to have a front row seat to the meaningful, powerful impact of it all.

Right now, we have 1,000 youth eagerly waiting for mentors. That’s 1,000 lives ready to be changed, 1,000 opportunities to build connections that last a lifetime. These young people are full of potential, and they’re looking for someone who will believe in them, support them, and help guide them toward a brighter future. We are working harder than ever to respond to that call - building new programs and partnerships to reach kids faster.
