Rory will be participating in her school's GLOBE Trot fundraiser next Friday, November 11. The Globe Academy is a public charter school that along with other county charter schools has been underfunded by Dekalb County for many years. The money raised during the GLOBE TROT event enables GLOBE to advance its mission of building globally minded citizens who will effect change in the world — and who live in accordance with our core values of community, respect, empathy, sustainability, and trust.
