I'm participating in GLOBE Trot, the annual fun Run to raise money for The GLOBE Academy. Thank you so much for supporting me and my wonderful school!
GLOBE TROT 2022
As some of you may know, Grayson and Kennedy attend GLOBE Academy which we think is a pretty awesome place to learn. GLOBE is a dual-language immersion charter school in the DeKalb County School District of Metro Atlanta, Georgia. Grayson and Kennedy have the incredible opportunity to spend every day speaking and learning in French. GLOBE's core values are Community, Respect, Empathy, Sustainability and Trust. These values are not only woven into the daily life at GLOBE and its curriculum, but also in our daily life at home. As a public charter school GLOBE receives some of its funding from DeKalb County, however, charter schools do not receive the same level of funding as traditional public schools. Therefore, fundraising is a very important initiative to strive for educational excellence and continued growth for our school.
On Friday,November 11th , Grayson and Kennedy will be participating in the GLOBE Trot fun run to see how many laps they can run in 20 minutes. The kids would love your support to help them raise funds to improve their school and educational experience.
They each have a goal of $300 and donations are due by Friday, November 11, 2022.
