I am in training to run/walk the 2025 Ft Lauderdale Half Marathon which will be on February 16.2025. A Half Marathon is 13.1 miles.

It seems like a long way to walk or run but pales in comparison to the miles that women in South Sudan put in on a daily basis to serve their families and communities fetching water.Here's how you can help:
