God Touch Milwaukee, Inc. will comply with all state and local regulations and best practices regarding events and gatherings in light of the Covid 19 pandemic. These regulations and best practices will also be followed by our venue and caterer. God Touch Milwaukee, Inc. is also being proactive in limiting the number of seats at a table from ten seats to six seats in order to increase distancing between guests.
In the event state and local regulations will not allow us to hold our fundraiser in person, we will choose to do one of the following: reschedule the event for a later date, cancel the event and refund ticket costs, cancel the in-person event but hold the silent auction/auction virtually. We will notify you of our decision as soon as possible.
Corporate and church sponsors will be given the opportunity to have their donation refunded to them in the event of a complete cancellation.
In kind gifts will not be refunded as we will either hold a virtual auction or save the gifts for the next fundraiser.
