In the spring of 2021, after years of speculation, questions, stress, and numerous appointments, our mother received a diagnosis of Frontotemporal Dementia and Alzheimer's disease. Witnessing the impact of these diseases on her, robbing her of some of her best years and memories at a young age, has been incredibly difficult.

On September 12, we made the challenging decision to move her into memory care, providing the extensive and high level of care she requires. This transition has been exceptionally hard for our family to process.

On October 21, we'll be participating in the Golden Isles Alzheimer's Walk in St. Simons. We invite you to consider making a donation to the cause in honor of our beloved Deb.
