Matching Gift Instructions

  1. Click this link, or navigate to the Matching Gift Program via GS Web [My Resources >> Matching Gift Program (under ‘Giving Back’)].
  2. Click “Request a Match” under “Search for US Organizations” (the leftmost box).
  3. Under the “Organization” search bar, type in, “Junior Achievement of New York” exactly.
  4. Confirm that the first option says “Junior Achievement of New York, Inc.” (200 West 41st Street – Suite 800, New York, NY, 10036 // Tax ID/EIN: 13-3031828).
  5. Click “Select” next to the above organization.
  6. Fill out the form on the page, and click “Save and Proceed” at the bottom of the page once complete. Please note “Junior Achievement of New York 2023 Bowl-A-Thon” as the “Purpose.”
  7. Review your information on the next page, and click “Submit”
