I am honored to return to Team Superstars again this year to run the 2019 Garry Bjorklund Half Marathon in support of Children’s Minnesota’s Behavioral Health Program. As a former Children’s employee, I have seen firsthand how transformational Children’s can be for families facing a diagnosis such as anxiety, depression, autism spectrum disorder, and ADHD. As a graduate student, my research is dedicated to identifying interventions to best support families facing a behavioral or mental health challenges. As a professional, my work is dedicated to creating better access and outcomes for individuals in need of behavioral health support.
I am incredibly grateful to raise funds for the Behaviorial Health Program so that more families can access the unique services Children's offers. Every dollar helps!

The behavioral health program at Children’s Minnesota is full of experts who diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health issues in children and teens. The psychologists and psychiatrists are leaders in their fields who are skilled at understanding kids and the problems they face — and helping parents understand, too.
