DID YOU KNOW?

• There are 96 languages spoken in Bellevue School District and every child has a voice at the Boys & Girls Club.
• Currently, there are hundreds of kids who are not able to access the club’s services because we lack the scholarship funds to open the doors for those kids this year.
• The need is greater than ever. The Club serves 60,000 meals and snacks each year and your support will make sure kids continue to have a stable food source.

Why I'm Involved in the Club...

Hello Everyone!  I'm asking for your help to contribute/donate towards supporting the kids and family of our community.  ANYTHING HELPS 

For PERSPECTIVE: 

$500 Covers 18 Club memberships!

$150 Sends 20 teens on college tours around the Puget Sound area!

$100 Healthy snack for one day at a Club

 We still have a BIG GAP. Our Clubs are serving over 11,000 kids, but we still have a HUGE waiting list.  We need your help to open the doors for the kids who need us most.

MY STORY

I've been involved with the Boys and Girls Club since I was a kid.  My parents starting  using the Boys and Girls Club when my twin brother and I were kids.  For me, the club was a place of fun, education, friends, and empowerment.  For my parents, it was a place that they could trust to not only supervise and protect their kids, but really a place where kids have the ability to LEARN lessons, DEVELOP behaviors, and GROW.  I have memories of playing in the basketball league, making new friends, and learning how to use the computer.  The club had a lasting impact on me.

In High School, i was a counselor for the Boys and Girls Club.  It was my chance to give back while i still continued to learn and grow.  Teaching kids, helping them, and ultimately having an impact on who they turn out to be is what it's all about.

TODAY, I am a board member of the club with a goal of contiuing to impact the future of the kids that we serve.  There are so many kids and families that are in need of support and I am commited to doing what  I can to help.
