As a former Little and Big, I support BBBS because mentorship matters and can change the direction of a child's life. Not only that child but generations to follow. The time invested in me as a Little opened my eyes to the possibilites available to Black men and their families. The time I invested in a young Black male as a Big allowed him to dream and know he could attain those dreams.
