Welcome to my personal fundraising page for the Grow Challenge
The Danforth Center is a nonprofit with a mission to improve the human condition through plant science. Every day, their researchers are unlocking the power of plants to help feed the world and protect the environment. The Danforth Center is also committed to investing in the future of the St. Louis region and empowering the next generation of plant scientists. I chose to participate in the Grow Challenge because:
I believe plant sciences and agriculture can provide solutions to critical issues like hunger and climate change.
I want to help make a difference in the lives of students with STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) programing and curriculum, and early-career scientists in the St. Louis region.
As a member of the Danforth Center’s Young Friends, I believe in the Center’s mission and I want to do all I can to support it.
