At Children's Minnesota, we believe that it is unacceptable for a child to endure pain of any kind - whether acute, chronic or procedural - without relief. Because we believe this, we are dedicated to the idea that we must integrate pain management techniques into our everyday standard of care. While this may seem intuitive, we were one of the first pediatric hospitals to recognize the need for better pain management in kids, and have established ourselves as international leaders in the clinical and research improvements to pain management in babies, kids and teens.
