USTA Southern California is dedicated to growing and supporting the tennis community across the region. In response to devastating Los Angeles-area wildfires, USTA Southern California has stepped up its efforts to assist affected communities through fire relief, providing resources, fundraising, and support for those impacted.
By uniting the tennis community, USTA Southern California aims to help rebuild and restore lives, using the power of sport to bring hope and recovery.
HOW DOES YOUR DONATION MAKE A DIFFERENCE?
The funds raised will directly support those impacted, ensuring the tennis community can rebuild and thrive:
- PLAYERS (ADULT & JUNIOR): Assistance with entry fees to continue competing in tournaments and leagues.
- COACHES: Support for those who have been displaced and/or lost work due to the disaster.
- OFFICIALS: Aid for those who have lost work due to the disaster.
- HIGH SCHOOL TENNIS PROGRAMS: Replacement of lost equipment and support for displaced teams.
- COMMUNITY PROGRAMS: Assistance for local programs that have lost courts and equipment.
- TENNIS CLUBS & FACILITIES: Relief for clubs and facilities that were damaged or destroyed.
Donations will go toward infrastructure rebuilding, entry fees, wind screens, equipment, and clothing, helping to restore the sport we all love.
