So, Marie says to “keep the beard.” My daughter Emily says “shave it!” What is a man to do?
The answer is simple! Accept a challenge by fellow jumper, Kevin Hennessey, whereas the
loser (the one to raise the least amount of money) has to shave his beard off!
So here I go. The second jump for Heidrea for Heroes in as many years. It was an amazing
experience last year... words always seem to fall short when I try to describe with accuracy
how it feels to leap out of the plane. When exhilaration and tranquility can occur at the same
time and minutes can feel like seconds, yet time seemingly stops other moments during the
fall....incredible! I suppose I’ll have to do some more research...put on the goggles and
jumpsuit; and see what sensations I feel this time around. And all for a great cause! So, get out the checkbook and donate...my beard ( and possibly my relationship) is in your hands.
