This Fall I am putting on a cape and becoming a Hand Up Hero. Traditionally United Against Poverty is able to host their largest annual fundraiser, the Hand Up Luncheon, in the fall. This year for everyone's health and wellbeing they are unable to do so. I am stepping up as a Hand Up Hero for their new Hand Up Orlando campaign and I need your help!
I am truly blessed to work at United Against Poverty. Each day I have the priveledge to work with a team that feels like family sharing a common goal: help families get out of poverty. Our unique, innovative approach to crisis navigation and employment training affords us the opportunity to walk alongside families in need to reach their goals. Throughout the pandemic, I have been impressed with the grit and resiliency of our participants as they strive and accomplish their goals and economically get their family out of poverty. Our doors never shut and our staff are always here to provide support, inspiration, and empowerment. I'm proud to be United Against Poverty.
