Hey!

First off, I hope you're having a great day! Second, thanks for coming! I'm sure that either I spoke to you, or you saw the link somewhere and somehow ended up here. Well, I'm glad you did, because I want to share how Hard as Nails Ministries has changed my life. 
To be honest, I felt like I had been living a great life. Everything seemed good, I had plans for my life, I thought of myself as deeply rooted in the faith, all that good stuff. I was pretty content. When I made the drastic decision to drop my college plans and become a missionary for a year, I was pretty excited. I knew it was going to be challenging , but the spirit of it attracted me. 
As I went through my first year, I learned A LOT about myself. For the first time, I realized that I was a wounded person. I really didn't have the perfect or ideal life that I thought I had. I saw how I was chained, looking for freedom in things that only offered more confinement. I went from not believing that I had a story to realizing that I need more than a book to tell of all that I've been through. And at this point, you may be thinking "why the heck does she want to do this again??"
To answer that, I finally found something that didn't leave me empty. I saw how I wasn't alone, but how there is a community that I can belong to. I found that there is a God, who is my Father, who loves me very much. I found peace and hope for healing. I found that God is calling me to be His instrument to those who most desperately need Him. I came to the conclusion that I didn't want to keep this to myself, but that I am being called to share this message. 
Yes, it was and is a challenge. But, it's the greatest challenge that I desire to face. It's in serving and dedicating the time to Him where I see His power. It's where I see my purpose. So, I am asking you to help me. To live and travel as a missionary, I must be able to fundraise to cover these expenses. Unfortunately, I was not able to complete my fundraising from this previous year, so, I am humbly asking for your support. Any and every donation helps me to follow this call that God has put on my heart. Thank you so much for your consideration,and I will keep you all in my prayers.
