-If I purchased a paper ticket, how do I register for the auction?

With every ticket purchased, you provided your email and/or phone number. You will recieve an email or text with a link to your digital ticket and instructions on how to register for the auction. You can participate in the auction via Web Broswer or by downloading the Givi Mobile Donations app (recommended). 

To participate in your preferred web browser click "Log In" in the top right hand corner, entering your email and password, and follow the instructions to make sure you have a payment method saved. (The Auction Software will not let you bid without a saved payment method.)

For a better User Experience, Download the Givi Mobile Donations app from the App Store or get it on Google Play and follow the same process by entering the email you provided when you purchased your paper tickets.

The Auction Software will NOT let you bid without registering and adding a saved payment method.

-Someone else bought my ticket, how can I bid in the auction?

If someone else purchased a table or individual ticket for you, they would have been prompted to add your name and email upon cheking out. If they did not, you can ask them to manage their tickets by either logging in through the browser or by downloading the Givi app. 

They will log in with the email they used when they purchased the tickets and they can manage tickets by adding the email and phone number of the attendees they purchased tickets for. 

From there, you will be registered for the event. Log in through your preferred Web Browser or through the Givi app for the best user experience. Enter your email and follow the steps to create an account and add your payment method so you can start bidding.

-When should I register for the auction?

As soon as you have your digital ticket and recieve the link to register, we recommend you get it done. 

Registering for the auction ahead of time and adding your payment method will ensure that you are ready to go AS SOON as the auction opens and eliminates any potential hiccups on the night of the event. It's always best to be prepared ahead of time!

-I won an auction item, can I pay with cash or check? Do I still have to enter my card information?

Congratulations on being the highest bidder! If you want to pay for your items with a cash or check you absolutely can! Please visit the register located to the side and some one will help process your payment. 

In order to participate in the auction, YES, you will have to have a payment method on file. But you still have the option to pay with cash or check at the register. Or split the payments between multiple payment methods.
