Hi...I'm Auli'i Hirayama and super stoked that my hashtag was selected as one of the TOP 5 picked by the Hawaii Adaptive Surf Team. I need your help for #joyfulwave to be the winning hashtag to go on the 2020 Limited Edition Accessurf Trucker Hat. I've been a part of AccesSurf since May 2019 as their Director of Development. As someone who has never surfed, I couldn't honestly tell you what it feels like to ride a wave. BUT, what I can say is after the past year and half, I have witnessed MANY people, young and old, but all with a disability, get in the ocean, get on a surfboard (with much help), ride a wave and the LOOK on their face shook me to my core. SO MUCH JOY and without the mission of AccesSurf, would never happen. All proceeds from this campaign help to continue the programs AccesSurf offers to people with disabilities.
