**Autumn Harvest Opportunity Drawing Rules:**

**1. Eligibility:**

• The opportunity drawing is open to individuals of legal age (18 or older)
• No purchase is necessary to participate. Participants can receive drawing tickets without making a donation by requesting a no-donation code from Holy Cross Ministries (the organization).

**2. Obtaining Drawing Tickets:**

• To obtain a drawing ticket, participants must either make a donation to the organization or request a non-donation code.
• Donations of different amounts may result in varying numbers of drawing tickets, as specified by Holy Cross Ministries.
• Participants may request additional drawing tickets by obtaining additional non-donation codes, each valid for one ticket.

**3. Skill-Based Entry:**

• The opportunity drawing is skill-based, as participants will decide where to place their drawing tickets in clear glass vessels representing different prizes.
• Participants must exercise their skill in determining which prizes they are most interested in winning and balance this with their likelihood of winning each prize.

**4. Ticket Placement:**

• Participants must physically place their drawing tickets into the clear glass vessels corresponding to the prizes they desire to win.
• Participants can distribute their tickets among different vessels or concentrate them in one vessel, as per their strategy and preference.
• Once placed in a vessel, drawing tickets cannot be moved or removed.

**5. Drawing and Prize Allocation:**

• A predetermined date and time for the drawing will be announced by Holy Cross Ministries, which will be approximately 9:15 p.m. on Thursday, September 19, 2024.
• Holy Cross Ministries will randomly select drawing tickets from the vessels to determine the winners of each prize.
• Participants are eligible to win multiple prizes if their drawing tickets are selected from different vessels.
• Prizes will be awarded in the order in which they are drawn, with the first ticket drawn corresponding to the first prize, and so on.

**6. Claiming Prizes:**

• Winners will be announced at the drawing event or notified by the organization.
• To claim a prize, winners must provide their contact information and any necessary identification as requested by Holy Cross Ministries.
• Winners must claim their prizes within a specified time frame as determined by the organization.

**7. Non-Donation Codes:**

• Non-donation codes are intended for participants who do not wish to make a donation but want to participate in the opportunity drawing.
• Each non-donation code is valid for one drawing ticket only.
• Participants cannot combine multiple non-donation codes in a single ticket order.

**8. Disqualification:**

• Any attempt to tamper with the drawing, manipulate ticket placement, or engage in fraudulent activity will result in disqualification.
• Holy Cross Ministries reserves the right to disqualify any participant found in violation of these rules.

**9. Decisions Final:**

• All decisions made by Holy Cross Ministries regarding the opportunity drawing, including but not limited to prize allocation, ticket placement, and disqualifications, are final.
