Supporting Children's Hospital, specifically their cardiovascular program, is something that has become very near and dear to our family.  In 2015 Ben and I had two beautiful baby boys born into our family- our only two nephews, Marcus and Rollie.  Even though these boys are not related to each other by blood (Rollie is my brother's son and Marcus is Ben's sister's son) they will always share a unique connection because of their congenital heart defects. Marcus was born in November and was in the NICU in Rochester, MN because of  complications due to his heart defect. Thankfully, he is now doing well and will recieve his care and folllow-up in Rochester.  Rollie was born in September and has already had 4 major open heart surgeries and spent his first month of life at Children's in the CVCC (cardiovascular care center). Because of the excellent care at Children's, Rollie is now 6 months old and is healthy and thriving at home.  Rollie will continue to receive follow-up at Children's for the remainder of his childhood with another surgery planned in a few years; we know he is in amazing hands and we are incredibly thankful for Children's each and every day. 

We are so excited to support Childrens Hospital MN and all that is available for heart warriors like Rollie and Marcus.  We have witnessed true miracles there and are beyond grateful for the staff and amazing people who saved Rollie's life on multiple ocassions.
