Mason was diagonosed with tetralogy of fallot when he was 2 days old. He was monitored the first five months of his life through numerous echos and regular check ups with his cardiologist. At 5 months old he underwent open heart surgery to patch the opening between between his ventricles and repair his pulmonary artery. He did more amazing then anyone could have ever imagined. He was released 4 days post op. The nurses and doctors said he was the fastest recovering "tet" patient they have ever seen. Masons smile can light up a room and he truly is our little superhero. We will be forever thankful for the wonderful team of doctors and nurses that took care of him!
