Emerson is my oldest son. He was born with Hypoplastic Left Hear Syndrom, or half a heart, on 11/11/11. He passed away on 3/28/16. The pain of losing my son in indescribable. I miss my little boy so much.
He made me a mom, he shaped my life, and he made me a better person.
We walk this year to honor Emerson and to give back to the CVCC which gave us so much: four years and four months with Emerson (much against the odds).
