When I was 3 months old I had open heart surgery to have a hole in my heart repaired. It was called a "VSD Repair". The doctors and nurses at Children's Hospital in Minneapolis saved my life and my parents are forever grateful! We walk in the Heartbeat 5000 to help support all of my friends at the hospital and to raise money for other kids who need help with their hearts too!
