Leo was born on September 29, 2014, with Tetralogy of Fallot.
When Leo was just 4 1/2 months old he had open heart surgery to patch the hole, fix his heart valves, and the heart wall. Leo's surgery was performed at Minneapolis Children's on February 13, 2015 and he was taken care of by the wonderful cardiac care team until he went home on March 11, 2015.
