Our sweet Weston should be turning 5 this May. We miss him so much, and struggle that he is not here to share all the love we have for him. Weston was born on May 17th, 2011 with transposition of the great arteries. After 2 surgeries and a tough fight he lost his battle and passed away on July 6th, 2011. We invite everyone to the 5th annual Heartbeat 5000 in memory of Weston. 5 years later we are still passionate about getting the word out about CHD and what we can do to support this cause.
