As many of you know, Jalynn was born with CHD. Congential Heart Defects. Jalynn has had two open heart surgeries and recieved a pacemaker. The Children's Heart Clinic is where Jalynn receives her medical treatment for her heart. The program and staff there have been so great and supportive of Jalynn and our family.
We have participated in the HeartBeat 5000 fundraisier for the last 5 years. We always look forward to help raise money for the clinic and all the CHD Warriors and family that they support.
