In 2000 my sister and her family learned that one of the twins she was pregnant with had a life threatening heart condition. He and his brother were born on New Year's Day 2001 and just four short days later we lost Nathan. As we were beginning to heal in 2003 we learned that Heidi was pregnant again and later received that same devestating news. Just a few hours after Bennett was born on July 28, 2004 we lost him too. In honor of these two beautiful boys my family walks to raise money and awareness.
