Sarah's Heart Journey

I have had two open heart surgeries so far in my life.  My second surgery was at Children's Hospitals and Clinics. This year I will most likely be having my pacemaker replaced for the first time at Children's Hospitals and Clinics. Please help me raise money for the cardiovascular programs at Children's.  I hope you will support my fundraising efforts by either making a donation or joining my team.
